The George Hotel serve delicious daily specials made with fresh seasonal ingredients, locally sourced wherever possible. A full menu is served all day from noon until 9pm, 7 days a week, along with a roast on Sunday. Their award winning bar offers a wide selection of drinks including 4 Cask Ales and a Real Cider. They are a regular in CAMRA Good Beer Guide and are accredited with the Cask Marque.
The Hotel has nine bedrooms, a family room, superior doubles, a four poster bed room for the romantics, well appointed doubles and three twin rooms. All rooms are en-suite with large TV’s and complimentary tea and coffee making facilities. A full breakfast is served at a relaxed time of 815 am until 10 am, seven days a week and a continental breakfast is available earlier by request. If you require a packed lunch for your walk or onward journey just let them know.

Based in Hayfield, High Peak, the hotel is a family run business, offering a personal friendly service in an idyllic small village location. Hayfield is situated at the gateway to Kinder Scout, the highest Peak in the district and is a great base to walk or cycle to Edale, Mon Torr and the surrounding areas.
