Food Made Good have three pillars of sustainability: Sourcing, Society & Environment, and their framework for accreditation takes into account initiatives such as locally sourced ingredients and high welfare meat, community groups using their space, or investing in training to help teams use less energy and water.

From a modest start in 2010, when two restaurateurs and a pair of sustainability experts launched the not-for-profit organisation with 50 founder members, Food Made Good now works across 10,000 member sites.
