Details

The Kings Arms is an 18th Century building steeped in history such as tales of Dick Turpin. We are situated in the centre of the developing market town of Melksham.

We offer a wide range of fantastic food from Bar snacks to full Restaurant dining, serving some food daily we also have an ever-changing daily specials menu.Open from 7am Monday to Friday and 8am Saturday & Sunday for Breakfast or just coffee and if you are on the go why not take it with you. Lunches are proving very popular so why not pre order as time is precious.. With a large selection of New and Old World Wines coupled with our locally brewed beers and variety of lager and cider on offer there is sure to be something for everyone!

Meet, relax and log on! We have free WiFi access and offer a great range of teas and artisan roasted coffee (and chocolate!). Why meet in a coffee shop where you have to find parking, pay over the odds and put up with noisy overcrowding? Why not meet in a pub, relax with friends or hold a business meeting - enjoy a great coffee made by our fully trained staff and maybe even treat yourself to a sandwich. Rain or shine our warm welcome awaits.

With ten en-suite bedrooms, full Wi-Fi throughout the hotel we are ideal for business people and contractors, not to mention for families when visiting the area, for the many local tourist attractions. We are available for every kind of function and event, such as Weddings, Parties, Christenings, wakes and many more.

Our ten newly renovated bedrooms all have private bathrooms, tea and coffee making trays, hair dryers, remote T.V. with alarm call facility. We have a selection of double rooms, twin rooms and family rooms (one double and one single bed) - perfect for a range of guests. All our rooms are furnished comfortably to a similar standard throughout, and we pride ourselves on a very high standard of cleanliness (for this reason all rooms are strictly non smoking).

Please note that Rooms 9 and 10 are accessed by a steep staircase and may not be easily accessible for those with young children or mobility problems. If you have any concerns please contact us to discuss your requirements.
