The hotel only has a drop off and collection area with two accessible spaces for residential guests.

You need to arrive via Windsor Street which avoids the one way system. Drop off parking is not available at the front of the hotel. The easiest approach is from the M40, Junction 15. Take the A429/A46 towards Stratford.
