The Boathouse is a friendly, relaxed pub situated on the beautiful river Avon with picturesque views. It offers the ideal place to stay, eat, drink and socialise.

Whether you prefer cosy fire-side dinners or alfresco garden eating, The Boathouse and its menu has it covered. Their team use freshly prepared ingredients to give you mouth-watering food that is always enjoyed.

They are very proud of their fantastic menus (which can be viewed below). You can indulge in quality dishes, with ingredients and products sourced from local suppliers. Their menus are a fusion of delicious contemporary dishes and timeless classics.

Beer, wine or something a little lighter? With a bar adorned with traditional ale hand pulls and cask marque accreditation, your favourite beer will always be perfectly served. Their cellar is crammed full of vibrant whites, full-bodied reds and a bar team who are ready to recommend a favourite soft drink.

With beautiful riverside views and a hearty breakfast to follow the perfect nights sleep; The Boathouse offers much, much more than your run of the mill hotel.  They are inspired by comfort which is why you will find contemporary rooms furnished with luxury beds, well appointed bathrooms and plenty of charm. The Boathouse have nine beautiful bedrooms, some with balconies overlooking the River Avon. All rooms are en-suite and stylishly decorated.

If you're planning to do a spot of shopping or sightseeing in Central Bath, you can get there in under 10 minutes by car, with the Newbridge Park and Ride also situated next door.  They are also minutes away from The Roman Baths where you can indulge and soak all the stresses of daily life away!

The Boathouse has 9 fabulous bedrooms, which can be both Twin or Double rooms. 5 of these rooms have river views and a balcony. All have a shower over bath apart from Room 1 which has a walk in shower only. Room 1 is the only room suitable for the disabled. Dogs are not accepted in any room. Cots are available free of charge and an extra bed is available for children under 12 at a charge of £25. (No more than 2 adults and one child in a room at a time) All rooms come with TV, tea and coffee making facilities, hairdryer, WiFi, Fresh Linen and complementary slippers.
