The Bat & Ball is ideally situated for the tourist spots of the Cotswolds. We offer seven delightful en-suite rooms, each with a distinct and individual ambiance.

Refurbished in a contemporary style, each room at The Bat & Ball Inn are named after famous cricketers and boast exposed oak beams and private en suite bathrooms. Each room also features an LCD TV, solid oak furniture, and tea/coffee facilities.

All rates include a hearty cooked Cotswold breakfast served in our restaurant. Please note these prices maybe be adjusted dependent on occupancy.

Dogs are welcome but we must be notified of your intention to bring your dog at the time of booking. A charge of £10.00 per dog per night will be made to cover additional cleaning costs

The Bat & Ball does have a cancellation policy, which asks guests to give at least 48hrs notice if they wish to cancel their stay. If rooms are cancelled past the time stated, they will be charged for the room.

Dining at The Bat and Ball is an experience in itself: Whether you join us for lunch or dinner, you can choose from our locally renowned menu or from the ‘specials’ boards displayed on the wall. With the warmth of an open fire, good company and, of course superb food. Our Menus can be enjoyed throughout this delightful venue. Whatever your preference, the emphasis is on quality, freshness and value for money.

With views over the pretty patio our sunny restaurant is the ideal venue from a candle lit dinner for two to a meeting place for family & friends.Our restaurant enjoys an enviable reputation for beautifully prepared and presented dishes that appeal to all ages, tastes and appetites. 

Our unique bar features pine tables, flagstone floors and a large selection of cricketing memorabilia , making it a haven for lovers and scholars of the “leather-on-willow’” game.

Our excellent selection of hand-pulled ales include favourites such as Marston’s Pedigree and our house ‘LBW’ bitter, and we often feature “interesting” guest beers that have to be tasted to be believed. Meticulous attention to detail means all our beers and wines are always kept in prime condition for you to enjoy.
