The Bay Horse is in the centre of York, a ten minute walk from the railway station. We are next to the Museum Gardens and a few paces from the Marygate Landing of the River Ouse.

We have four superbly appointed boutique bedrooms which are available on a bed and breakfast basis. All four rooms have recently been totally refurbished and offer guests luxury in a peaceful setting.

Rooms are available on a bed and breakfast basis and range in price from £90-£120 per night per room. All rooms have recently been totally refurbished, are serviced with en-suite facilities and have TV, tea/coffee making facilities and are separate from the main pub/restaurant offering total privacy.All four rooms have high-quality en-suite facilities including private shower, WC, luxury fittings and are spacious, quiet and extremely well appointed.

Food & Drink

The Bay Horse serves a range of freshly prepared Pub Classics along with a selection of daily specials and a delicious Sunday Roast. We offer visitors a good choice of real ales and wines too.
