Details

The Georgian Townhouse is a little hidden city oasis where you can escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life.

Refurbished to complement the history of the building, a cosy bar sits comfortably alongside our bustling restaurant. After spending time as a school house, a war time hospital and a hotel, you will find an abundance of history hidden in the details of the building.

With an enormous walled garden, locally sourced quality produce, evolving seasonal menus,  an extensive selection of craft beers, wines and spirits, The Georgian Townhouse seamlessly merges Georgian charm with a modern offbeat attitude, lashings of style, and a wealth of personality.

Attention to detail is the key here, with the addition of versatile function rooms, boutique bedrooms, a big garden BBQ, converted stables & a children’s play room- we’ve tried to think of all eventualities.

All of the rooms are stylish and comfortable and in keeping with the vibe that you'll find throughout The Georgian Townhouse. From the Roberts Wi-Fi radios, internet televisions and state of the art coffee machines to Smeg fridges, mid-century furniture, our cool iron wardrobes, and contemporary yet classic bathrooms each bedroom is uniquely styled.

Historical Norwich & the nearby Norfolk Broads provide a wonderful setting for anyone looking for a relaxing day out and stunning scenery, this new and exciting landmark is far more than your average pub and restaurant – it’s a corner where everything is just right. We hope you like what we have done and look forward to seeing you in the near future.
