Details

This 18th century inn is steeped in history and offers traditional old English warmth with contemporary luxury. We provide fine food, quality drinks and an excellent standard of accommodation.

The Old Bell Inn is situated in the beautiful Saddleworth village of Delph, we are only thirty minutes away from the centre of Manchester, five miles from Oldham town centre and ten minutes from the M62 between Manchester and Leeds.

We are an 18 bedroomed, four star AA and VisitEngland accredited Inn. We have a Brasserie and a Restaurant and our local, well known and respected head chef brings an extra touch of creativity to his menus. We provide fine food, quality beers, wines and spirits and an excellent standard of accommodation.

We offer two single rooms, two smaller double rooms, three standard doubles and eleven rather special superior double rooms. Our beautifully designed bedrooms are en suite and furnished to the highest standards, each individually styled in keeping with the elegance and period of The Old Bell Inn. Complimentary on site car parking is available and all guests can access our free Wi-Fi during their stay.

The restaurant at The Old bell Inn is recognised as one of the best in the area. The emphasis is on using fresh, locally sourced produce in a truly imaginative way. Our head chef brings originality and flair to his menus and has been awarded a coveted AA rosette for his Signature Menu. Specials are added daily to offer diners the choice of something different each time they visit.

The restaurant has a fresh and modern decor that balances perfectly with the traditional charm of the 18th Century coaching inn. Perfect for wedding parties, christenings or birthday celebrations, the restaurant can be hired exclusively for any type or private or corporate function.
