Details

The Swan Hotel is a 250 year old coaching inn located at the heart of the beautiful, vibrant and busy Ribble Valley village of Whalley.

Our Grade II listed building is historically called a “hotel” but we are best described as a pub with rooms!

Our “pub with rooms” has six lovely en-suite guest bedrooms located on the first floor which can accommodate families, couples and single guests. They are individually furnished and equipped with hairdryers, flat-screen televisions, hospitality trays and lovely bathroom smellies. We have a large car park available free for our over-night guests.

At The Swan Hotel, we cook all our food from fresh using local produce at reasonable prices and we don’t serve our food on slates, in flat caps or in Wellington boots! A simple plate or pudding and pie bowl will do nicely.

Our menu offers snacks, delicious pub-favourites and children’s choices and we have a changing specials board. Or head chef Shaun is the master pie-maker and has perfected the art of sticky toffee pudding!

Our vibrant, extensive bar offers a warm and cosy atmosphere and a range of drinks to suit all tastes. A morning brew, a lunchtime tipple, a couple of pints or an evening nightcap. Winter warmers by the fire, summer thirst quenchers on a sunny terrace.
