The Good Intent is a delightful 16th Century coaching Inn with original oak beams taken from the ship it is named after and traditional features, including open fires and inglenook fireplace.

We are very proud of our stunning letting rooms - we have three rooms available and they have either bath or shower two are en-suite, and one with it's own, private bathroom - all have flat panel tv, wi-fi access and tea and coffee making facilities and are beautifully finished.

Our rates are £80 per couple, per night including a full English breakfast and £60 for sole occupancy again, including breakfast.

At the Good Intent we are very proud of our food. We try our best to use only the freshest, locally sourced produce we can lay our hands on. All our dishes are made to order.

We offer delicious, healthy, fresh and affordable food for you and your family, a wide range of sausages and special monthly food nights, inspired by food from around the world. We also offer an excellent range of beautifully kept real ales from Fuller's in Chiswick, regular guest ales and fine wines and spirits.

We host popular events throughout the week including Open Mic Night, Quiz Night and Folk Night as well as talented and entertaining bands/musicians on Sunday Evenings.
