Cross Foxes the 5 Star award winning Bar, Grill and Rooms nestled at the foot of Cadair Idris Mountain 4 miles from the historic town Dolgellau, South Snowdonia.
The Grade II listed building offers you the perfect opportunity to relax, indulge and explore the Welsh Mountains, Coast and Heritage.
They are graded as Gold by Visit Wales and recognised by the Good Food Guide. They have been awarded with a prestigious award by the Alistair Sawday's Special Pub with Rooms and voted by The Independent as one of Britain's Top 50 Country Pubs.
They have six gorgeous, individually designed Bedrooms including two suites which can be adapted to sleep up to four as family rooms; and four Double Rooms (Two of these are convertible into Twin rooms). Every room has its own unique design, with a seamless blend of modern and antique furniture and art in each. There is a minimum two night stay on Friday and Saturdays (April to October), Monday to Sunday (July to September).
They are dog friendly and welcome well behaved dogs in the bar where they serve the full menu.

Cadair is one of our two large sumptuous suites - a hideaway on the top floor. With stunning views of Cadair Idris mountain, a large private sitting room area and contemporary bathroom, you will experience pure luxury and relaxation. Idris is the second large suite on the top floor. With stunning views of the surrounding countryside, private sitting room area and luxurious contemporary bathroom for pure relaxation. Moel is a spacious and calming room, featuring a luxurious bed inspired by Cadair Idris mountain. The large contemporary bathroom gives you a feel of pure luxury.
