Welcome to The Tudor Arms a large, family-operated Free House frequently awarded CAMRA’s Gloucester Country Pub of the Year.
The award winning Tudor Arms has been awarded CAMRA’s “Gloucester Country Pub of the Year” from 2007-2013, and is situated beside the Gloucester-Sharpness Canal, just ½ mile from the world famous Slimbridge Wildfowl and Wetlands Trust.
The building dates from the 18th century, and was a licensed beer and cider house for the Irish Navigator Soldiers who dug the Canal by hand. Today it is a fully licensed premises with two bars offering a range of cask ales – including a guest cask – and keg ales, stouts, lagers and ciders. There is a Games Room with pool tables adjacent to the Canal Bar.
The Tudor Arms offers high quality Bed and Breakfast accommodation in the lodge adjacent to the pub. All the bedrooms have an en-suite bathroom with shower, complimentary toiletries, hairdryer, telephone, radio alarm, remote control TV, free WiFi and tea & coffee making facilities.
