Details

A welcoming country pub and restaurant with rooms set in the picturesque Cotswolds village of Filkins. The Five Alls is an 18th century coaching inn home to nine wonderful bedrooms.

Filkins is perfectly situated to take advantage of the many things on offer locally, including wonderful walking and cycling country, mostly on the flat, with stunning views in every direction.

Head chef, Sebastian Snow, pays great attention to meticulously sourcing high quality seasonal ingredients from a wide variety of Cotswolds’ artisan producers when creating his monthly-changing à la carte menu of generous and earthy ‘turf to table’ dishes with Italian influences reflecting Sebastian’s upbringing.

They are very proud of and promote good beer. They stock local ales such as Brakspears’ Oxford Gold and Bitter and their own Five Alls house ale alongside local craft beers, cask ales, continental lagers and guest ales on tap. The bar also offers Thatcher’s Gold cider and a carefully chosen selection of New and Old World champagnes, sparkling and 15 red, white and rose wines by the glass and around 60 wines by the bottle. They also create their own seasonal house cocktails and mixes.

Enjoy a drink in the spacious flag-stoned bar, relax in the cosy reception with leather chesterfields and a crackling fire or outside in the pretty pub garden.

Five Alls has nine stylish and individually furnished rooms, all en-suite. Four of the rooms are located above the Inn and the other five, newly built, cottage-style bedrooms are situated in a quiet corner of the garden. Expect high quality beds with duck feather duvets, flat screen TVs, en-suite bathrooms with luxurious walk-in showers and Ren products. Decorated in neutral colours, all rooms feature quirky locally sourced artwork and artifacts and locally made woollen throws to ensure a comfortable stay.
