The Bull is situated in the heart of the Essex market town of Halstead, just a short distance from Braintree. The historic hotel is a maze of rambling nooks and crannies, old oak beams and open fires, and its foundations date back to the 14th century and Tudor times. It represents the hub of social activity in this quaint town and is a firm favourite with locals and travellers alike. The 16 en-suite bedrooms comprise 10 in the main building, dating back to 1398, and six lodge rooms in our modern annexe.
