Details

The Tradesman's Arms is a traditional "country pub" with modern styling and a very friendly welcome. We offer quality real ales, home cooked food, a selection of wines and B & B accommodation.

Enjoy the unique experience of being able to walk straight from the front door onto the Dartmoor National park, returning to find a warm atmosphere created by our wood burning stove and friendly welcoming staff. Alternatively relax in our beer garden overlooking the stunning Little Combe Valley. The Tradesman's Arms is also on the path of the Two moors way.

The Tradesman's Arms offers a extensive lunchtime menu and an even bigger dinner menu as well as a changing daily specials menu. We also have a selection of fine wines and local real ales. Where possible our food is sourced from local suppliers which means most of our meat comes from Dartmoor and our fish comes fresh daily from Brixham fish market.

It also enables us to reduce our carbon footprint and support local businesses even our clotted cream comes from the farm next door! We pride ourselves on home cooked country food focusing on quality and value whilst also having a choice of dishes for vegans and vegetarians.

The Tradesman's Arms is proud to announce the opening of its bed and breakfast accommodation. The rooms have all been renovated to a very high standard which includes flat screen TVs , Wifi internet access, extra large showers in the en suites, brand new furniture and carpets and also central heating.

The rooms also have amazing views looking out over 'Little Combe Valley' So you can enjoy watching the sheep grazing in the fields or the sun rising in the morning. Included in the accommodation are a good selection of teas (twinings) and coffees as well as hair dryers and quality shower products. All rooms are non smoking and we do accept well behaved dogs at a small charge.

The breakfast include a selection of cereals, fruit juice, full English breakfast with tea or coffee and toast. We aim to make your stay with us as enjoyable as possible so that hopefully you will visit us as guests and leave as friends.
