Details

The Flowerpot is a landmark Real Ale pub and nationally recognised live music venue, located in the heart of the city's Cathedral Quarter.

We welcome you to the music venue at weekends, to the laid back midweek acoustic gigs, and to sample Bhim's delicious authentic Gurkha Curries on a Tuesday night. The Flowerpot Rooms are first and second floor accommodation situated above a thriving city centre real ale pub and live music venue.

We have 7 rooms in total, spacious, clean and comfortable double and twin rooms. Cosy, clean and comfortable single rooms. All rooms an en-suite and are furnished with flat-screen TV's with Freeview, full length mirrors and hairdryers and all have been recently refurbished.

We offer a complimentary 'grab-and-go' sty;e breakfast consisting of cereals, fruit juices, cereal bars, pastries and buns.

The Flowerpot Rooms hosts live music at least 5 nights a week with a wide range of different artists on show.

We do not have our own parking, but there is a convenient council run multi-storey car park that is open 24 hours a day next door. Costing around £7 per day.

As Derby's premier real ale house! At least fourteen real ales every weekend hand pulled or gravity dispensed from our unique Cellar Bar. The Flowerpot are a firm supporter of our local breweries believing that Derbyshire produces some of the finest real ale in the country.

We have supported fledgling micro breweries who have brewed on the premises including Black Iris and Frontier Brewing companies who both started their business operations here! You'll always find one of their Flowerpot Bespoke Ales on sale. We aren't just a real ale pub – we have a great range of keg products including Freedom 4 lager which is brewed locally in Abbots Bromley, Staffordshire.
