Fishing can be arranged on the reservoir or on local fishing club waters which provide good sport for both brown and rainbow trout and good spots for grayling - Early requests are advised to avoid disappointment.

Hadrian's Wall, award winning Beamish Open Air Museum and World Heritage Site Durham Cathedral are just some of the area's attractions.
The pub serves fabulous home-made food, including their own renowned puddings and ice creams and their internet access is excellent.
Owners Lorna and Mark have vast experience in providing a home from home atmosphere and take pride in offering their guests a relaxed and friendly welcome in what is, after all, their home.
