Details

The Fleur du Jardin is set in the heart of the Guernsey countryside. This Boutique Hotel mixes ancient 15th Century farmstead ambience with modern rooms and 21st Century Cuisine.

Under the ownership of Ian and Amanda Walker the hotel has gone through a major upgrade and boasts some of the finest rooms in Guernsey.

Situated in the heart of the Castel Parish of Guernsey 'Le Fleur' is a short walk from Guernsey's most popular beaches, Vazon Bay.

And if beach life isn't your thing then walking South you are surrounded by miles of green lanes and walks through some of Guernsey's best countryside.

The Fleur is a place for all seasons, log fires in winter and alfresco in summer.

The restaurant is well known locally and has many awards attributed to it. The Head Chef maintains a very high standard and concentrates on using as much local produce as possible.

On Guernsey, they are lucky to be blessed with an abundance of local sea stock and the Fleur takes full advantage of all these natural resources.

The Bar Manager takes great pride in embellishing the awards and inclusions in "CAMRA" by constantly changing the selection of real ales; this together with a carefully prepared wine list makes for a suitably rewarding culinary experience.

Recently awarded The Best Dining Pub in the Channel Islands by the Good Food Guide, the Fleur is chic country-living with all the pleasures and freedom of the nearby coast.
