This Boutique Hotel in Stony Stratford, Milton Keynes, offers a unique place to stay as the building is a Grade 2* Listed former Coaching Inn, and is steeped in history and original features and even a few guests from decades gone by are still thought to make visits in the night!

The Hotel is lavishly decorated and offers a wonderful place to spend time by the original fireplace and to sit and relax in the Bull Hotel restaurant which is open for breakfast, afternoon tea, teas and coffees, lunch and dinner in the evening.

As a much-loved building situated on the High Street in Stony Stratford, The Bull Hotel, is a desired place to visit and stay and can be ideal for special occasions and luxury nights away surrounded with boutique hotel style and comfort.

The Bull Hotel is very proud of its Restaurant and the team. The Restaurant is a relaxed dining room offering excellent quality Gastro food, which naturally uses the very best in local produce. The Restaurant is available for breakfast, afternoon tea, teas, coffees and cake, lunch and dinner in the evening.

The Vaults Bar is a separate bar venue, in addition to the main hotel bar, located just to the side of the main building. The Bar is homely and friendly and offers a great place to go for a taste of local life. The bar includes a roaring fire and wooden floors and is well-known for hosting a variety of Cask Ales.

The Bar specialises in real ales and has excellently kept cellars proud to serve a minimum of six real ales plus other draught lagers. It is one of the biggest sellars of London Pride in the country outside London.

The town name 'Stratford' is Anglo-Saxon in origin, and means 'ford on a Roman road'. The Roman road in this sense is the Watling Street which runs through the middle of the town. The ford is the crossing of the River Ouse. The prefix 'Stony' refers to the stones on the bed of the ford, differentiating the town from nearby Fenny Stratford. This room includes an original fireplace and sash windows and has a large en-suite.
