Coombe Country Park is very proud to have been awarded the prestigious Green Flag Award for the past five years running. The Green Flag award is a national quality standard mark for parks and open spaces and is very important for the site. In 2012 the judges were very impressed with the high quality standard of the site. Coombe hopes to continue this success in 2013 whereby the judges will once again be assessing the site.

Coombe Country Park has also been awarded Country Parks Accreditation. In 2009 Natural England established an Accreditation Scheme to identify and recognise sites that deliver the core facilities and services for more information please visit Natural England's website.

You can relax in the stunning surroundings of historic Coombe Country Park while you fish the spectacular lake, which was originally designed as part of the landscape by Capability Brown. It is now home to a wealth of wildlife and is an attraction all year round.
