St Martin's is a friendly, growing, welcoming church with a core congregation of around 70 worshippers in a village of just under 800 people. Good choir, study groups, warm fellowship and lovely social events. We are privileged to be custodians of the burial place of Sir Winston Churchill, and welcome thousands of visitors from aroudn the world every year.

We have a new children's church, plus lots of other plans and minsitries. Do come and find out more.

If you are particuarly interested in Sir Winston, then you will wnat to see our new stained glass window in commemoration of him, unveiled by HRH The Duchess of Cornwall in 2015. Lady Soames, Churchill's longest-living child, bequeathed her Garter banner to us, which hangs on the west wall of the church.
