If you are visiting York another great place to visit is the award winning Eden Camp located 18 miles. Eden Camp offers tourists chance to learn about the past as it recreates the War years and is the only modern history themed museum of its type in the world!

For those interested in gardening and a must visit is to the RHS Harlow Carr Gardens in Harrogate which are open all year round. There are 58 acres packed full of nature and plants for visitors to explore and it is home to the national rhubarb collection.
