The Braeval Hotel, Nairn, Morayshire
The Braeval Hotel is a lively, friendly, family-run Highland inn overlooking the beach in the lovely seaside town of Nairn. The Braeval is a Victorian building and, as you would expect, all 10 of the en-suite rooms have their own individual character. They all vary in size and shape and the price varies accordingly. With large windows along the entire length of the restaurant, diners enjoy a spectacular, uninterrupted sea view and with a little luck, spot the native Bottlenose Dolphins swimming offshore. The décor reflects the character of nearby Fishertown. Period photographs of Nairn fishing port adorn the walls along with local memorabilia.
Mackenzie’s Higland Inn, Aviemore, Highland
